We, MONO, are currently preparing many things for our 20 year anniversary which will be held next year. Last July, we visited an engineer and producer Steve Albini once again and recorded our new album, scheduled to be released next year, with our new drummer Dahm.

We will release a new single "After You Comes The Flood" this month from the new album, and start our European Tour next month to accompany the release.

Last year, we were really helped by many of our colleagues and friends, while many issues continued to occur such as the troubles with our Japanese management company and a leave of our member. We received many kind emails from our friends and partners throughout the world, and our partners told us to keep moving forward and suggested us with many ideas and schedules for our 20 year anniversary in He is from America NYC resident , and we met him for the first time last February in Japan on a still cold day with snows falling.

We played 2 of our new songs, which we sent to him earlier, at the studio in Tokyo. The first time playing together with Dahm was like all of us getting pulled towards something, completely absorbed in this aggressive yet beautiful world that we were playing. When we finished playing the songs, all of us were covered in smiles.

We all remember it was a very strong feeling, not like finding the missing piece, but rather, a new sound of MONO appeared out of nowhere in front of us. After the rehearsal, we stepped outside and a bright red moon was floating in the night sky. Yes, the day happened to be indeed that special day that Blue Blood Moon appears once in a decade. We all strongly felt it was a miracle-like day. We all truly feel proud of all our fans and supporters from the bottom of our hearts.

I used to have a massive amount of nagomu-related stuff, but it all disappeared when my old HDD died, still hurts. I didn't think I'd like Suiyoubi no Campanella but listening to their discog got me hooked.

Its a 4 day recording of a big concert he held back in , there was also another Music Hour performance this year in April, I hope that comes to CD as well. I'll be interesting in anything Kera or Nagomu related, so definitely feel free to upload what you want.

I listened to the Kera Nagomu Collection, it was a good listen, so thanks for that. By the way today I listened to disc 1, amazing! I actually wasn't familiar with the first band on it, but I loved it, and the Uchoten tracks were amazing, I loved the version of Ai no maruyake, almost as good as the one on their last live CD from by the way, if you want to upload that one later, it'd be great because I don't have that anymore. A originally.

My favorite tracks on this CD, other than Tama's, are tracks 2 Erotica, great band, but I wasn't able to find anything else by them, I know there's more though , 7 Klara Circus , 10 Minca panopica, I love this track in particular by them and 11 Ita-roh, great band that I found thanks to this CD.

Also, track 6 was actually composed by Takkyu Ishino from Zin-Say, and it was recorded on a live Nagomu event, the chorus was done by the public.

Track 9 Model Plants has Kera as guest chorus. This one has the same version of "Sayonara jinrui" by Tama found in the Nagomu Collection it was actually released on this V. I'll upload Fin tomorrow for you, but its late at night now. Is there a more convenient way to download all of C91 beyond clicking every link in the spreadsheet?

I've always wanted to listen to more of Greatest Riches, but its such a pain trying to look for their music. It also contains other songs from his other solo albums.

This is their first album and it was only released a few months ago. I actually bought this one when I went to see Hikashu play live, I got all the members to sign it too. I asked Koichi Makigami about the Christmas event with Kera and Susumu Hirasawa, but he told me it got recorded and I should just look in the place I'm meant to look or something like that, I didn't really understand what he meant.

It was a great day though. I used to have the Great Richies' Nagomu Collection, but that one was lost along with many others when my disc died. Also, I had this one uploaded to my mega cloud, and it's Denki Groove so it's related to nagomu, their live album "Leonardo Inuprio" from , love this one.

Any Shizuka fans here? Does anyone have the full version of this? This was on the soundtrack of an edgy British series. Took me hours to find. I'm sure there's a lot of them but if I search "80's female pop singers" I just get the basic same-old stuff everyone's already listened to and I'm looking for vocals similar to takeuchi's.

Yet, I barely have any information either. He also has a twitter account. Her Ijiwaru Zenshuu album and it's in pretty low quality. I like heavier music or at least music with some edge. You guys have any recommendations? By the way, did anyone catch Susumu Hirasawa's 9th Mandala stream? I watched both days, it was pretty good. I'll upload the other nagomu collections I have later today too.

I also just ripped Uchoten's GAN album at , I know you already have it, but I guess I'll still upload it for anyone interested, it's a great album, my favorite from them. Does anyone know who the artist and song is at 33, remembering hearing this song non stop years ago, maybe I had it in my winamp of Japanese songs a decade ago.

Also, is this the place to talk about Touhou music circles as well? I just didn't find any other thread for that purpose. I will rip the other Tama stuff I have later today or tomorrow. Also I didn't have the time to listen to everything yet either, I only listened to the first 2 CDs of Kera's music hour, but damn I love it, I listened to the first CD several times though.

Enjoying it slowly. You all fags need to download this ASAP, its truly magical, she is truly back to her golden era it took only 10 years. Sorry for taking a while, it turns out I got pretty busy over the past couple of days, but now that I had the time, I uploaded Night Surf for you. Listening to it on the way to work this week. This also guest stars Yukiko Iwai. I love them, still, so I am curious. FV-ZyYjowi6qGVbFNfu2uA This is their major debut album, most of the songs here are the same ones from their nagomu-era, but all reworked and re-recorded, with a more professional quality.

And the single version of "Sayonara Jinrui", which was actually released before Sandaru. I have it on mp3 but not in This album is great by the way, decidedly the most "pop" Kera has ever been but that's not a bad thing at all, and I like how each track is very different from each other, lots of variety of genres and sound, makes the album a great listen from start to finish.

And here's my rip of Uchoten's GAN album. It's my favorite album by them, so for those who want to get into the band or nagomu in general, I'd recommend this album, personally. As for Uchoten albums, yeah it's hard to pick a favorite, my favorite is GAN because Kimi wa GAN na no da has always been my favorite song by them, it wasn't the first song I listened by them, but one of the first, and what's more, it was the live version from the Uchoten wo korose video, which is more upbeat and crazier, with some extra synth arrangements.

I don't know what it is about that song that captivated me so much. The rest of the GAN album has the same kind of sound too, with that "water drop" synth present in pretty much every song of the album, and the punk-rock approach in the compositions.

Thinking it that way, it may not be a good introductory album for the band, since it's not really that variated, but it's definitely still a bonafide Uchoten album. Aissle is a great album as well. But I like the entire discography, really. I loved "lost and found" to bits too, great EP. Yeah I understand what you're talking about, its interesting in seeing him do some other things as well.

Sleepers was the first song I heard and ever since then I was hooked. I was having such a hard time trying to find albums I didn't know of all the best places to look for at the time , so I just used a proxy service for a yahoo auction which was selling a bunch of his albums.

I ignored Spotify all this time, didn't think a band like Uchoten would be featured there. I just searched and found the album I feel like a dumbass now. Well, thanks for that anon, I know what I'll be listening to this morning.

And thanks, your rips will be very welcome. I also remember buying some stuff from Y! A, like GAN, back when I got into them , it was fairly hard to find anything by them online mp3s I mean , although japanese users uploaded a bunch of videos to youtube, so that's how I got to listen to their stuff first, I remember finding Peace and Aissle for download on some torrent, or maybe it was emule.

Eventually I got most of their disco as well as most of Tama's, and others on kyo music city, that forum was golden, I don't think it exists anymore. By the way, have you listened to NESS?

It's a band with Uchida from Kinniku shoujo tai and Miura from P-model, I have both their albums if you're interested. Its pretty good for newer things especially, unfortunately some of it is also region blocked. I've only been really interested in music for just over a year now, so I'm relatively new to the whole thing. Yeah, I would like NESS, I was thinking of buying some of their albums some time actually, I'm pretty sure they have a third album out now too.

I have this album too, which you might be interested in, but I'm not so sure. Its a captain records vocaloid cover album, but it also covers nagomu related bands like Zin-Say! At least it didn't do it in the middle of a song. I loved the album by the way, Uchoten still sound fresh, I adore these guys.

As for Hatsune Miku, I'm not a fan, but I don't hate it either, so I'm definitely checking that album out! The world will never have enough versions of Kimi wa GAN na no da. I'll let you know what I think of it after listening. Here's the NESS albums, I have no idea if they released more, I'm slowly crawling back, tracking down a lot of artists that I haven't listened in a while, I miss being a teenager and spending the whole day on the internet, trading stuff in soulseek or winMX, those were the days.

Is this the right fucking thread for Band-Maid? I'm fucking tired of jumping from thread to thread being told to fuck off. I prefer older vk though. It's on Soulseek. I'm pretty sure they make them as annoying on purpose to try and get people to actually buy their service. I'm a pretty big vocaloid fan, but I always have trouble finding albums that I'm really into.

I remember reading once that my favourite vocaloid musician's favourite band used to be the Nagomu band, Mishin. He created a band with Karia Nomoto, called Esu-Efu and he did a performance one with Harry who is known as the engineer for Susumu Hirasawa, he made the camera robot for his recent live performance, and is also an ex PEVO member. I have their mini album called Sing Future. Is it alright if I share it with some other people I know that are really into Hirasawa and P-Model, I'm pretty sure they would like it.

I know Kera is an absolutely huge fan of Hirasawa, do you like his work too? I like them, but in a way I also feel as if they're no Uchoten or P-Model. I didn't know that Kera was a huge fan of Hirasawa, but I knew they worked together. In fact, in the Kera Music Hour, there's Hirasawa as a guest musician right? I remember watching a video of Hirasawa's Haldyn Hotel one of my favorite songs by him and there was Kera performing with him, doing chorus or something, really cool.

I'm guessing everything was deleted? Most of the stuff on the old site was random garbage you were forced to skip. Hopefully there'll a bit of quality control this time. Remember to put it in your favorites! Any Jagatara fans? From what I've heard from them they're absolutely amazing. I really disagree with this. There were a lot of really obscure or niche songs that were hard to find elsewhere and I had never heard before, so I always tuned in in hopes of discovering more of that.

Since it's new I guess I can't judge it too harshly but I think right now this radio is pretty lame in comparison. Is there really not that much good jp music out there? The point? For whom? For you. It's alright from time to time but I'd rather people request good stuff and make it into an enjoyable radio where you can discover new stuff to add to your library.

Also akao oken. And only found a few results for "Tokyo Jihen". What the hell is wrong with you guys? I still like her new stuff, though. It wasn't on youtube before so I hope you all enjoy it. I picked an image thought fit the tone of the album because Not even information page or so too. Can't believe I have never heard this before.

She's pretty ugly looking but goddamn is her voice great. Ego-Wrappin is mostly Jazz. I've listened to all of Tokyo Jihen though, they're great. I think Adult is their best album. Adult is great as well as kyoiko. Listen to the album "6" as in the album called 6 by soil and Pimp Sessions, it is also great.

Also give nujabes a go, jazz and rap do go well together for some reason. Here's some of my favorites. I like the noise elements throw in the non studio releases. I legitimately cried while listening to it, I'm stunned. I downloaded it off one of those C87 music spreadsheets on a whim and I'm stunned.

Been recently really digging into the Japanese stuff. Maximum the Hormone is really good. Give meme a listen sometime. But I still like em. You can like whatever you want, but remember that what you like is shit. It harmonizes perfectly with the music. She might be my favorite Japanese singer now. Guys I'm in need of new music. So far this is what my library consists of, well my favorite ones. Nino yanaginagi Supercell sasakure.

Is there anyone I'm missing? How come you're missing the obvious things? Owen was her from a DJ Krush tune. I'll be looking at each and every one of these. These songs will forever be stuck in my head in a good way.

Anyone listened to AKFG's new single? Honestly it's incredibly boring, including the 2 other tracks with the single. Landmark was also rather uninspired compared to their other work.

Legitimately my favorite album. Leo Imai and the guy from Numbergirl. I still yearn for more from their collab. Boredoms are amazing. Ever been to the opera of foreign theaters?
